BankIn 1970 I did my banking with Wareham Savings. which was absorbed by Eastern bank. I have continued to maintain accounts with them through the present. At times I moved savings to other banks offering higher interest rates. When Eastern bank sent me how can we serve you better I replied, be more competitive with interest rates. It is the whole point of savings. Today Eastern bank offers very good rates terms and service, and I have moved much of my savings back to their basket.

BankBank is not solvent. Only C+ rating. Poor customer service. Phone banking a joke. This institution will collapse soon.

I have been a customer for both personal and business for over 17 years and this one outstanding bank, never any issues and always willing to help with any concerns you may have especially those employees in Ducktown and Madisonville TN they are the best. Always a pleasure doing business with them.
