I would purchase a 14 month CD if I could find a button to initiate a purchase! I have looked at all of the promotional data without finding a way to indicate a purchase of a CD. I have a CD from United purchase on line but found out I was not enrolled in on line banking??? Difficult to understand why it is so complicated to purchase another CD.
Opened a CD with Bank of Lexington at the Tate Creek Branch on 8/18/2026. Unlike my previous experience with the Sir Barton Branch, the employees were exceptionally professional and friendly. Andrea deserves high recognition for the professionalism she displayed during our meeting. Apparently her training came from a different avenue than the training at Sir Barton, thank-you Andrea, hope to see you soon for another pleasant experience. May God Bless.
Opened a CD with Bank Of Lexington on 8/6/2026, #1.the teller was very unprofessional, empty rooms were available for privacy, but we had to ask for that privilege. 2. We supplied a document with all required information, the teller copied the tax ID number wrong, we caught the error the next day, went back to the Sir Barton Branch to correct the error, the teller acted as if we made the error for not catching the error when we signed the all is correct document. Hopefully this rating will help future customers to receive better service.

Excellent Service, best CD rates around. They have handled multiple different types of accounts and online transferring between the different accounts is very simple. We have done banking for many years and have no desire or reason to change. Their security protocols seem to protect our funds, as we have never had any issues regarding the safety of our funds. Keep up the great work with your well deserved A+ bank rating.

Gate City Bank is the first bank who gave me a car loan. I am so grateful to them. Also, if any issues arise I talk to the staff and its resolved immediatelyl. Always friendly. Reimburse ATM fees which is key or me because i live in a town where there is no Gate City Bank.
I have been with meade county bank for 20 years, I consider it the best bank in my area

I’ve had a great experience with Volt Credit Union. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and they make everything easy to understand. I recently refinanced my truck and was really impressed by the great rates and how quickly everything was handled. It’s nice to feel taken care of from start to finish.
I have been a Member of the Brookline Municipal Credit Union for over 30+ years. There everyone knows you by your name, not just as a customer and a face. I have dealt with many Savings Institutions and I find Martha is ranked Number One for her patience and personality for dealing with the Public. The BMCU is not like big banks, they\'re like small homely, friendly can I be of Sevice to you banking like it used to be. I moved away from MA 4 years ago, but I am still a Member and will always be.
Yesterday I got a notice in my email that my account at PNC was in low cash mode! What??? So I called them only to find out they closed my account! No warning no notification…. Nothing!! So now they sending me a check for what I had in my account. Well that’s just wonderful! So I don’t have a dam penny until I get this check that they sending me snail mail! (5 to 10 business days) I don’t have access to a penny of my money!! My son’s wedding is Saturday in South Carolina. So now I can’t even buy the gas to go to my son’s wedding !! And I’d been a Compass customer for over 23 years! This is the worst bank I’ve ever dealt with. Do yourself a favor! Stay away from PNC bank!!!

I have banked at Midfirst and have never had a problem with them, well there was one and the snafu follows The only thing that went wrong was I withdrew $500.00 and I was recounting my money. The teller messed up and gave me $100.00 to much--so I had a total withdraw of $600.00. When i found it I was still in the lobby. I went back to the teller, layed the money down and had her recount it. She did and gave me the $500.00 back. She didn\'t say thank you for your honesty or anything else. I overlooked it and I\'m still doing business with them.
I have been a member at TCU for over 20 years and they have gone down hill so much. They do not care about their members anymore, and treat them so poorly. They took a check of almost $250 2xs out of my account and when I called they told me that they could not release the funds or fix that mistake until Monday. I asked for a manager, expedited it to the on-call Emergency staff which did not answer nor did they call me until Monday. When they did call they let me know that the error was on their end and they would be refunding the money and any fees that occurred in my account due to that error. Which great thanks but I had to go all weekend with out funds due to their error. Staff on the weekend should\'ve been able to fix this or the Emergency on call staff should actually pick up the phone. This is so sad how much they have declined, I will be leaving and moving to a better credit union Asap.
I have been a customer to Trustco Bank since 2012, once I lost my job their treatment to me changed even though when I tried to keep my account balanced, they started charging overdraft fees with/without reason, I am a single mom taking care of my kids on my own this did not work with them when I requested overdraft fees waiving even though I made deposit in cash to cover my account, their staff do not know to explain why the fee occurred or tell me how to avoid these fees in the future. Horrible customer service.
I had a bad experience with this bank, they charge many insufficient fund fees per day that made me almost have no money for the rest of the month due to I get only Social Security direct deposit every month that I barely can live, I moved to Wells Fargo and since then I am doing OK this means that they have a problem with their system, Thanks God I left in the right time.
I do not know how they are still operating, the branches are very quiet for customers do not want to visit due to every time they see new people do not know what they are doing and they provide no help to resolve customers issues , how they get away with that? question need an answer.
This bank is a scam rates are not the issue, after sale servicing is sucks, customer loyalty is not appreciated, employee stability is not granted, customers have to deal with new faces all the time make them feel that their preferred banker is not around to help all the time so they decide to move to another financial institutions that keep their staff longer, customers promotion money always denied for unrealistic reasons even when requirements are met make the customers frustrated. low-cost products for no customer service and you make the choice.
Love the service and friendly staff of our branch in Buchanan, Ga. They\'re always very courteous and helpful.

trying to get a small balance from my sister\'s estate, they said check was cut months ago and still no payment. once they have your money good luck trying to get it.
