Navy Federal Credit Union (FCU) is offering certificates of deposit with terms between 1 year and 7 years. The certificate of deposit rates are some advertising some of the best CD rates available from a credit union or a bank. The CD rates and CD yields are tiered. The highest CD rate is 3.92% for a 7 year certificate with an minimum opening balance of $20,000.
