EverBank of Jacksonville, Florida, is offering some the lowest mortgage rates available these days. The mortgage rates advertised are for home purchases and refinancing. The bank is advertising mortgage interest rates for 30 year fixed rate mortgages and adjustable mortgage rates.

Current fixed 30 year mortgage rates are advertised at 4.99 percent with an annual percentage rate (APR) of 5.12 percent. Right now EverBank's 30 year mortgage rate is lower than the current national average 30 year rate of 5.25 percent.



Current fixed 15 year mortgage rates are advertised at 4.25 percent with an APR of 4.48 percent. The national average 15 year rate is currently at 4.52 percent.

5/1 adjustable mortgage rates are advertised at 3.50 percent with an APR of 3.35 percent. Today's national average conforming 5/1 ARM is averaging 4.02 percent.

EverBank is also offering fixed rate mortgages with terms ranging from 15 years to 40 years.  Adjustable mortgages are being offered with initial fixed rate periods of 1 year to 10 years.
