Write a ReviewI have been a member at TCU for over 20 years and they have gone down hill so much. They do not care about their members anymore, and treat them so poorly. They took a check of almost $250 2xs out of my account and when I called they told me that they could not release the funds or fix that mistake until Monday. I asked for a manager, expedited it to the on-call Emergency staff which did not answer nor did they call me until Monday. When they did call they let me know that the error was on their end and they would be refunding the money and any fees that occurred in my account due to that error. Which great thanks but I had to go all weekend with out funds due to their error. Staff on the weekend should\'ve been able to fix this or the Emergency on call staff should actually pick up the phone. This is so sad how much they have declined, I will be leaving and moving to a better credit union Asap.
