Just When You Thought it Was Safe to Refinance: Mortgage Rates Today Hit Record Low

Its pretty amazing how low current mortgage rates are these days. In the beginning of 2012 when average 30 year mortgage rates broke through 4.00 percent I decided to pull the trigger and refinance my mortgage loan. Now 30 year mortgage rates today are averaging 3.59 and will probably break through 3.50 percent in the coming weeks.
