Write a ReviewAs a member for over 20yrs, i can truly say that some of these branches are not consistent with customer service, 4.25.26 was one of those experiences where i did a withdrawal at Bridgeport Lafayette drive-thru and realized that my cell phone was not with me, so i ask politely if i can use or can someone make a call to see if my cell was at my prior destination 5miles away in fairfield because i was about 30mins from home (New Haven), the Teller (Girl with Braids) ask her Boss Maritza and she came back and Maritza said No. Surprised i parked and went in and had to plea the reasons, i understand thats not their priority but as a human trying understand a member being stuck and a simple assistant was eye rolling..one teller perceived to make the call and said no one pickup at Dealership where i was coming from..Anyways i left and went to the Gas station and they made the call for me and Someone pickup and said yes my Cell was found, over the yrs im responsible for about 40 people joing this bank and do business, however more as times goes on i have other Facilities as my Main Bank, im very Disappointed but not surprised because over the yrs some of these workers are NOT welcoming..and as they can see my History, i diminished my appearance at Bridgeport, always had issues at this Branch, its NOTHING like John in Newhaven (Great Crew) and Milford always Great..im transparent and straight forward and im not hiding behind my words, hope Bridgeport reads this and remember, Jerks..
