Details Rate is variable. Member qualifications apply. Home Equity Line of Credit rate as low as Prime minus one, with a floor of 3.00% APR (Annual Percentage Rate) and a maximum rate of 18.00% APR. Current "Prime minus one" rate is 5.75% APR as of 12/11/25. Rate is variable. If loan is paid in full in less than 3 years and a line of credit is closed, member will be required to pay closing costs of approximately $150-$600 to UK Credit Union. Eligibility for Home Equity Lines of Credit requires that your home is owner-occupied and located in Kentucky or contiguous states. Consult your tax advisor for possible tax benefits. APR is based on credit history and subject to change. Terms and conditions may apply. If this is Investment Real Estate, you will need to apply for a Business HELOC.
