Details The Annual Percentage Rate (APR) is variable and is based on the Prime Rate as stated in The Wall Street Journal plus a margin. The APR is subject to change at any time without notice. The APR will change effective with changes in the Index and will be effective on the first business day of each month. Standard variable APR of 7.74% to 18.00% based on creditworthiness. Rates current as of September 1, 2026. Rates subject to change without notice. There is a 5-year draw period with interest-only payments followed by a repayment period ranging from 15-20 years with equal monthly principal and interest payments. Minimum advance at closing is $5,000, and minimum draw amount is $5,000 during draw period. Loans are based on credit approval and program guidelines. Rates and terms are based on your earned credit score and lien position. No member or other discounts are available. Certain restrictions and conditions apply. Acceptable property hazard insurance is required, as well as flood insurance if the property is in a designated flood zone. Loan amount cannot exceed 80% of the collateral value, less outstanding liens. Example payment: $30,000 for 20 years at 8.00% APR will have a monthly payment of $250.93. Actual rate and payment may vary. Not all borrowers will qualify for lowest rate. Borrowers will be responsible for certain costs which may include origination, processing and recording fees as well as title insurance, appraisal fees and survey costs. Membership required.
