Colorado Federal Savings Bank has joined Synchrony Bank with the top rate this week, offering the highest 1 year rate available at 1.09 percent with an APY of 1.10 percent.  We also have a dozen banks on our CD rate table offering 12 month CD rates at or above 1.00 percent.
