Mortgage Rates: 30 Year Mortgage Rates Under 5.00%

Mortgage rates are down again this week over last. 30 year mortgage rates are back under 5.00 percent at 4.95 percent, matching the lows set in March of 2010. This is the third consecutive week of declines for 30 year mortgage rates.
