1 Year CD Rates That are Higher Than Most Rates Available

Over the past year to two there haven't been any big moves in CD rates. What we have seen is a slow decent to lower and lower rates. Surprising this past month at least three big national banks have actually increased CD rates they pay on some CD terms.
