Fixed Term Mortgage Rates Mostly Higher This Week: 30 Year Mortgage Rates and Refinance Rates Today Averaging 4.80%

Fixed term mortgage rates and refinance rates are mostly higher this week with the exception of 15 year conforming mortgage rates and refinance rates.  Today's 30 year conforming mortgage rates and refinance rates are averaging 4.80 percent, an increase from last week’s average 30 year home loan rates and refinance rate of 4.77 percent. 30 year mortgage rates and mortgage refinance rates in California are higher than the national average 30 year rate. 30 year interest rates today in CA are averaging 4.93 percent.
