Mortgage Rates Slightly Higher: 30 Year Mortgage Rates at 4.98%, 15 Year Mortgage Rates at 4.39%

Mortgage rates edged up slightly again in our latest Mortgage Rate Survey. Conforming 30 year fixed mortgage rates are higher this week but are still below 5.00 percent for the fourth consecutive week.
