Fixed conforming 30 year mortgage rates are averaging 4.26 percent, an increase from last week’s average 30 year mortgage rate of 4.22 percent. 30 year conventional home mortgage rates and current refinancing rates in New Jersey are higher than the national average 30 year mortgage rate. Current 30 year NJ mortgage rates and current mortgage refinancing rates are averaging 4.33 percent.
