Refinance Mortgage Rates: 30 Year Refinance Rates at 5.09%, 15 Year Refinance Rates at 4.39%

Refinance rates increased this week, after several weeks of declines. Fixed conforming 30 year refinance mortgage rates are averaging 5.09%, up from the prior week's average refinance rate of 4.95%. This is the first time in several weeks 30 year refinance rates are back above 5.00%.
