Current Mortgage Rates: 30 Year Mortgage Rates at 4.94% and 15 Year Mortgage Rates at 4.33%

Mortgage rates were unchanged in the current mortgage application survey released this morning. The average contract rate on 30 year mortgages remain unchanged at 4.94 percent for the week ending February 12, 2010 according to the Mortgage Bankers Association's Weekly Mortgage Applications Survey.
