Mortgage Rates: Today’s Mortgage Interest Rates, 30 Year Mortgage Rates at 5.01%, 15 Year Mortgage Rates at 4.35%

Mortgage rates were down again this past week. Fixed conforming mortgage rates and fixed jumbo mortgage rates were down. Conforming 30 year mortgage rates are closing in on 5.00 and jumbo 15 year mortgage rates are also headed towards 5.00 percent.
