Mortgage Rates: 30 Year Mortgage Rates and 15 Year Mortgage Rates Increase Slightly

Mortgage Rates increased slightly in the latest Weekly Mortgage Applications Survey released this morning by the Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA). 30 year mortgage rates, 15 year mortgage rates and 1 year adjustable mortgage rates all increased slightly for the week ending January 22, 2010.
