Mortgage Rates Hit Another New All-Time Low: 30 year Conforming Mortgage Rates at 4.38 percent, 30 Year Jumbo Mortgage Rates at 4.92%

Mortgage rates made another all-time low in this week's mortgage rates report. Record low mortgage rates can't help the housing market recover. The U.S. Census Bureau and the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development said new homes sales fell to their lowest level since the government started tracking new home sales 40 years ago.
