Mortgage Rates Decline to New Record Lows Again: 30 Year Mortgage Rates at 4.48%, 15 Year Mortgage Rates at 3.83%

Mortgage rates made new record lows again this week, continuing the current downtrend of the past few months. Today's national average 30 year mortgage rate is at 4.48 percent, down from last week’s average 30 year mortgage rate of 4.52 percent.  30 year mortgage rates in North Carolina are even lower averaging only 4.45 percent this morning.
