Mortgage Rates 9-8 Current Mortgage Rates on 15 Year Mortgages at 3.30%

Mortgage rates are mixed today after setting all time lows earlier this week.  Today's mortgage rates on 30 year mortgages are averaging 4.13%, up from yesterday's average 30 year mortgage rate of 4.12%.
