Mortgage Rates: 15 Year Mortgage Rate at 3.67% in Mortgage Rates Survey

Mortgage rates barely changed in this week's mortgage rates survey. In the Primary Mortgage Market Survey released by Freddie Mac conforming 30 year mortgage rates averaged 4.50% with 0.7 mortgage discount points for the week ending June 16, 2011. In last week's mortgage rate survey 30 year rates averaged 4.49% with 0.7 points.
