The Federal Open Market Committee's recent decision to keep the fed funds rate in a targeted range of 0% to 1/4% will keep CD rates at these low levels for the next several months. In fact, we might not see CD rates head higher until late in 2010 or early 2011. That being said, finding highest CD rates isn't an easy task.  To make sure search easier we have complied a list of the highest 12 month CD rates in the state of Pennsylvania.
