Today’s Mortgage Refinance Rates, 30 Year Mortgage Rates at 4.81%

Today's mortgage refinance rates are down to 4.81 percent, the lowest level in 2010. Mortgage refinance rates are lower because Treasury yields are lower. 10 year Treasury yields were down to 3.20 percent on Friday, the lowest level since December of 2009.
