Home Mortgage Rates Mostly Lower This Week: 30 Year Conventional Mortgage Rates at 4.22%, 30 Year Jumbo Mortgage Rates at 4.73%

Fixed long term mortgage rates are mostly lower and adjustable home mortgage rates are down considerably this week. Fixed conforming 30 year home mortgage rates are averaging 4.22 percent, down from last week's average 30 year mortgage rate of 4.27 percent. 30 year home mortgage rates hit an all time low of 4.08 percent in early October and have hovered just above the record low for the past 30 days. 30 year conforming home mortgage rates in Florida are just below the national average rate at 4.20 percent.
