Mortgage Rates: 30 Year Mortgage Rates at 5.05%, 15 Year Mortgage Rates at 4.40%

Current mortgage rates are higher in the latest survey released yesterday by Freddie Mac. 30 year mortgage rates are back above 5.00 percent, the first time in three weeks that 30 year rates are higher than 5.00 percent.
