Current Mortgage Rates Down for Third Week – Record Low for 15-Year Mortgage Rates

Mortgage rates are down again in this week's Primary Mortgage Market Survey released by Freddie Mac this morning. Current 30-year mortgage rates are now just above 5.00 percent at 5.04 percent with 0.7 discount points. Nearing the a recent low of 4.91 percent set on May 28, 2009.
