The spread between 30 year conforming mortgage rates and 30 year jumbo mortgage rates is at the lowest point ever at 0.44% on MonitorBankRates' average mortgage rates index.

Mortgage rates on 15 year mortgage loans are averaging 3.31%, up from yesterday's average 15 year mortgage rate of 3.24%.
