Mortgage Loan Rates and Refinancing Rates Mixed This Morning: 15 Year Jumbo Rates Averaging 4.74%

Mortgage loan rates and refinance rates are mostly higher this morning except average rates on fixed 30 year mortgages. The current national average 30 year rate mortgage is 4.79 percent, down slightly from yesterday when 30 year rate mortgages averaged 4.80 percent. 30 year mortgage loan rates and refinancing rates in North Carolina are higher than the national average 30 year rates. Current 30 year rates in NC are averaging 4.83 percent.

15 year mortgage mortgage refinance rates and mortgage interest rates are averaging 4.21 percent, a decline from yesterday when 15 year rate mortgages averaged 4.24 percent. 15 year loan rates today and mortgage refinancing  rates today in Nevada are slightly higher averaging 4.22 percent.

30 year jumbo rates and 30 year jumbo refinancing rates are averaging 5.37 percent, down from yesterday’s average 30 year jumbo rate of 5.48 percent. 30 year jumbo rates in New Jersey are lower than the national average rate. Current 30 year jumbo refinancing rates and jumbo interest rates in NJ are averaging 5.23 percent.

15 year jumbo mortgage loan rates and jumbo refinance loan rates are averaging at 4.74 percent, down from yesterday’s average jumbo loan rates of 4.76 percent. 15 year jumbo mortgage interest rates and mortgage refinancing rates in California are higher than the national average 15 year jumbo rate. Current CA 15 year jumbo rates and refinance rates are averaging 4.92 percent.
