Mortgage rates are higher this past week after hitting record all-time lows last Monday. Current conforming 30 year mortgage rates are averaging 4.26 percent, up from last week’s average 30 year home mortgage rate of 4.07 percent. 3o year mortgage rates in Florida are slightly higher averaging 4.27 percent.

Conforming 15 year home mortgage rates today are averaging 3.70 percent, up from the previous week’s average 15 year mortgage interest rate of 3.53 percent. Fixed conforming 15 year home mortgage interest rates in Georgia are slightly lower averaging 3.69 percent.
