Long Term Rates Higher: 15 Year Rate Mortgages Averaging 4.20%

Fixed long term mortgage rates and refinance rates are mostly higher this afternoon except average rates on fixed 30 year mortgages. The current national average 30 year rate mortgage is 4.78 percent, down from yesterday when 30 year rate mortgages averaged 4.88 percent. 30 year mortgage interest rates and refinance interest rates in Utah are lower than the national average 30 year rate mortgage. The current 30 year rate in UT is averaging 4.75 percent.

15 year refinance rates and mortgage interest rates are averaging 4.20 percent, up from yesterday when 15 year rate mortgages averaged 4.12 percent. 15 year rates in Maine are slightly lower than the national average 15 year rate. Current 15 year rates in ME are averaging 4.18 percent.



30 year jumbo mortgage loan rates and 30 year jumbo refi rates are averaging 5.41 percent, up from yesterday's average 30 year jumbo rate of 5.33 percent. 30 year jumbo rates in California are higher than the national average rate. Current jumbo rates in CA are averaging 5.50 percent.

15 year jumbo mortgage loan rates and jumbo refinance rates are averaging at 4.80 percent, up from yesterday's average jumbo mortgage loan of 4.77 percent. 15 year jumbo mortgage interest rates and mortgage refinancing rates in South Carolina are lower averaging 4.61 percent.
