Ditech is offering 5/1 jumbo mortgage rates for home loan amounts from $417,001 up to $1,000,000 on owner-occupied single-family residential properties.

This jumbo mortgage rate assumes a loan in the amount of  $650,001.00 with 1.775 discount points, a down payment of 35% or greater, and a minimum credit score of 731. Ditech has mortgage brokers available to talk to you live 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. They even claimed to have closed on Christmas Day and New Years Day.
