Current Mortgage Rates: July 14, 2010
Today's 30 year mortgage rates are averaging 4.58 percent, down from Monday's average 30 year mortgage interest rates of 4.67 percent. Thirty-year fixed mortgage rates have been under 5.00 percent for a couple of months. A year ago that this time rates were even higher.
