Capital One Direct and Costco are advertising regular certificates of deposit and jumbo certificates of deposit with CD terms are between 18 months to 10 years. The minimum opening deposit for regular CD accounts is $5,000. Jumbo CD accounts have a minimum opening balance of $100,000.
