Texas Trust Credit Union's share certificate rates have come down considerably since we first reported on their rates. This isn't a surprise since bank CD rates and credit union share rates are at record lows so Texas Trust Credit Union move isn't the exception. For example, back on May 8, 2012, we reported TTCU's 3 month share rates at 0.55 percent. Right now 3 month rates are at 0.10 percent.
