Capital One Bank – Costco CD Rates
Capital One Bank, the banking arm of the credit card company Capital One, and Costco are advertising certificates of deposit and jumbo certificates of deposit. Terms are available from 18 months to 10 years. Regular CD accounts have a minimum opening deposit of $5,000. Jumbo CD accounts have a minimum opening balance of $100,000.
There is also a Costco Member Incentive for opening a certificate of deposit account. If you open a Capital One Direct Banking account of any kind through Costco and deposit at least $5000 within 30 days of opening the account you'll receive $60 if you're a Costco Executive Member or $20 if you're a Gold Star or Business Member.
