CIT Bank CD Rates Remain Stable: 1 Year Rates at 1.07%

CIT Bank has kept their CD rates very competitive since last October when we last reported on their rates. Back in October of 2011, CIT Bank's Achiever CD rates on 1 year certificates of deposit were paying 1.14% with an APY of 1.15%.

Current CIT Bank 1 year bank CD rates are slightly lower at 1.07% with an APY of 1.08%. The minimum opening account balance on the Achiever CD is $25,000. That rate is one of the best CD rates around on a 1 year CD.




CIT Bank is also offering their Term CDs if you don't have $25,000 to invest in a CD right now. The 1 year Term CD rates are at 1.05% with an APY of 1.06%, only slightly lower than the Achiever CD rate of 1.07%.
